I was introduced to yoga ten years ago, and I became very interested in learning about the history and benefits. After practicing on a regular basis for four years, I took an intensive (200 hour) Yoga Alliance certified Teacher Training course in Tulum, Mexico.
After completing the course I started teaching yoga in 2004 in Mexico and Vancouver, among other places. With my current teaching experience as a Certified Educational Registered Yoga Teacher, (E.R.Y.T.) I have taught over 3,000 hours to approximate 4,000 students including repeat yogis.
The style of yoga I teach is a safe Flow Yoga consisting of Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow and Power. Each class provides a well-balanced exercise for the whole body, creating a beautiful state of serenity for body, mind and soul.
My continuing career as a Certified Educational Registered Yoga Teacher (E.R.Y.T.) has brought so much happiness to others and myself. I am very passionate about yoga and the benefits have changed my life as I am connected with my mind and body. My daily practice has brought peacefulness; balance and strength, which has helped me, grow as an individual. Through yoga, I have gained a deeper understanding of the proper care of the body, the body’s natural nourishment requirements and the importance of its anatomical alignment.
I welcome you to join my 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training Course held in Vancouver, Canada on January 6th – March 3rd, 2009. Please feel free to contact me at
